The Challenge
WellSpan’s previous career site was good, but it had the potential to be great. It needed clearer pathways to explore jobs (beyond a search bar), dynamic content that spotlighted real employees and a seamless application experience to reduce drop-off. Especially in competitive roles like nursing, the ability for candidates to apply in 10 seconds or less wasn’t just a nice-to-have feature, it was essential.

Jobs are now more easily discoverable and can be filtered to display bonus-eligible, visa-friendly and hybrid/remote jobs; location-based perks; and a commute-time calculator.
