An EVP-Driven Landing Page That Exceeded Every Hiring Goal

UVA Health is a nationally recognized health system with a world-class academic medical center located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The health system includes a Level 1 trauma center; a Level IV NICU; the first NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in Virginia; and the top pediatric hospital in Virginia, UVA Health Children’s. It also encompasses three community hospitals, a specialty rehabilitation hospital, and a statewide network of primary and specialty care clinics.

The Challenge

To support the opening of a state-of-the-art, 425,000-square-foot medical tower, UVA Health needed to hire 180 full-time nurses and 30 allied health professionals on a very aggressive timeline. But attracting in-demand talent to a small college town surrounded by a vast rural area, even one with the most cutting-edge resources, wasn’t going to be easy.
